His impressive professional journey includes working with renowned establishments such as Sass Café, REIF Japanese Kushiyaki, BB Social Dining DIFC, Geisha, Peyote Restaurant, Millennium Hotels, Copthorne Hotel, and Aloft Hotel. These experiences have shaped his expertise in fine dining, menu innovation, food presentation, and maintaining international culinary standards.
With a passion for combining traditional flavours with contemporary techniques, the chef focuses on creating dishes that are visually appealing, thoughtfully prepared, and rich in flavour.
